Fee Waiver Guidelines

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us to request a fee waiver for the poetry prize reading fee.

• We offer these fee waivers on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Please be considerate when requesting a fee waiver as we are only able to offer 25 waivers at this time.
• Please do not ask for a fee waiver until you are ready to submit your work.

To request a fee waiver please use the following guidelines:

1. Email us at  info AT nightboat.org and use the subject line “Poetry Prize Fee Waiver” 
2. We will respond with a link to a Submittable form where you can submit your manuscript without the fee.

Please note: You will only receive one fee waiver per contest. Please do not submit more than one manuscript, submit a manuscript for someone else, or share the fee waiver link. Please plan to submit your manuscript within one week of requesting the waiver.
